Channel 10 WHEC did this segment back in the summer of 1988 on the banning of skateboarding inside the inner loop of Rochester, NY. Back then Samurai Skates was the only skate shop in the city, Janet Lomax and Pete Dobrovitz (RIP) were on the scene.
