@20sackjack I don't know what prisons you were in, but most of the ones I was in the food was terrible also, however, at that minimum security one, once in a while there was some good food including that baked chicken. If there is one thing black people could do in prison, it was cook some good ass chicken.

Since were going to talk racism this brings back a story for me. I'm a white guy that did 3 years in prison. I was in a minimum security prison cafeteria once eating lunch. We were having baked chicken that day, it was quite good. There were about 300 black guys in there and about 10 white guys. Some black guy wanted to give his piece of chicken in a trade( I can't remember what for, but it was of little value.) I'll never forget that I got TWO pieces of chicken that day.
