yeap! live in radcliffe. now soem history about holcombe hill, ever been up and seen a huge crater? wonde waht it is? well ill tell you.
ok the peel tower, there was 2, and if the german bombers flew through, but over the tower, if pointed directly to ramsbottom and manchester. so it was almost like a natural compass. so the pulled one of the towers down, creating a massive crater! lol.. ahh. .he wonders that primary school does..

This was a film made for me and my friends when the commonly used aspect ratio was 4:3 and we made this for fun.

Hello you guys, thanks for this great Vidio. I was born in Bury, I lived in Radcliffe for about six years. I now live in Newfoundland Canada but my daughter and 3 sons still live in and around Bury. The tower in radcliffe I don't think I have seen but I think most people from Manchester would know of, or seen Greenmount Peel Tower on Harcles Hill, known locally as Holcombe Hill.

Hi thanks for the comments. I will post the rest of the film shortly which has Peel tower on holcombe hill near Ramsbottom and also Grants tower also in Ramsbottom.
