  • win, I was training very hard. I was lifting lots of weight and training long distances on top of my 40-50 bike mile base. It was nearly impossible for me to control my appetite, and sometimes i chose poorly in regards to food. I was also eating a lot of protein and my body had lots of issues breaking it down. I am toning it down, being a little more relaxed. I still have 50 pounds to lose, so I'm only going to go drastic like that at the last 20 pounds so I can build lots of muscle.
