  • it is like one of the Budha forms I learn

  • actually I think it is a made up form but it still is pretty nice.

there are no videos of anyone doing Fu Jow Pai 1-4 forms as far as ive seen on here. it would be nice to see them and someone doing them right.

  • Man thats real Fu Jow Pai these other guys aren't doing real Fu Jow like this,

I think some of you guys need to watch this video and learn to develop the claw better.. im not feeling the other guys doing chop suey it does the system no justice.

the real ones know what I am talking about so don't get mad at me for saying it like it is.

  • A couple of people are correct here - the form starts off with the beginning of the first and basic "Fu-Jow" set (phonetic - but not correct - spelling is something like "die yut low", which can be translated as Subset One). The rest of the form borrows moves from various forms, including the more advanced black tiger subsets, the Tiger & Crane form, etc.

  • I learned this at USSD. Our headmaster Professor Mattera used to teach Tak some of the kempo. Tak actually gave USSD some of his forms becacuse he knew that USSD was true to shaolin. GO USSD!

  • Fu jow pai black tiger hung gar!

  • @smileforeverever in which school ?! (i am about to start hark fuk moon too ! +geia sou patrida !) !!

  • Excellent Demonstration

  • Tak Wah Eng Fu Jow....SWEEET.

  • The movements up to 1:07 are from fu-jow dai yat la (fu-jow first form). The rest is made-up and not representative of any fu-jow pai form.
