  • @Nightmare356 That scream in 2113 is quality.

  • @Chrisguy42O marthcore.... but coheed and cambria cant really have a genre..although they are MEANT to be prog...they used to be raw punk then moved into the prog, and advanced into the metal kind of guitar but they ARE currently prog rock. any true heedian knows that =\...but in my opinion they dont have 1 genre they span a few genre...if you pay attention to some of the stuff they have metalcore in them too (21:13 when he "RAWR"'s is a pterodactyl screech which is screamo, also in others)

  • @Chrisguy42O DEP are considered to be mathcore, which is in the same vein as metal. If one were to compare the two bands, DEP would definitely have more "metal" influence than C&C. C&C draw from a lot of pop and progressive as well as hard rock and maybe a dash of metal.

  • @YogritMUN don't they call it "math" metal? lol. Im not one for genres but it makes sense

  • Haha I love how his stadium solos are a lot more "crowd pleasy" than his session solos. TICKITYTICKITYTICK on the hi-hat and everyone goes WHOOAOAOAOAAH

  • @Chrisguy42O What. Please tell me you did not just say that. DEP are the epitome of metal. C&C have only slight inspiration from metal.

  • @jehu They're prog rock, actually, although they definitely have aspects of mteal in their work.

  • because its more metal then dep

  • i dont know but i hope he keeps two rack toms on i personally think that two rack and one floor is more apropriate esp for this genra

  • When did he add the second rack tom?
