the girl sure looks good, but her form on squats and deads is not good. watch her lower back round when down. also, i don't like those cobras. not too much sense in half-passively hyperexending your lumbar spine. otherwise, good exercises.

After 10 years, I am so glad I am not a trainer anymore. Fitness fads annoy me. People see her and think "That looks fun, and she is in good shape." Lol. First off, her form is so off it made me cringe a few times. Since she probably doesn't realize that, she will most likely train her clients like this. Second, just because someone looks like they workout, doesn't mean they know how to train. I know people who have six-packs who have never done cardio in their life...or been on a clean diet.

thats completely awesome, my body has transformed since i started crossfit, i squeeze in some tabata, but the switch from powerlifting dropped 20 pounds of excess weight, feel way way better, keep up the awesome vids!!
