Tim's 2010 Procharged Camaro

Here is Tim's Procharged Camaro. We did a D1SC Procharger install, Hurst shifter, fixed an already installed Corsa catback, and custom dyno tuning. The car put down 555 RWHP and 504 TQ.

It made 555 RWHP on 8 lbs. of boost. The intake actually draws in cold air. That is why people run cowl induction hoods. That is a high pressure spot and is great for drawing in cold air.

Good video once the music was gone. It has an intercooler that will take care of any heat from the headers. That Procharger sounds sweet.

The flames were hand painted by Bill Roell with his son Benny and the pinstriping was done by Jim Farr. Bill and Jim are from the Greater Cincinnati area and happen to be the first two custom car painters to be inducted into the Nat'l Hot Rod Assoc's Hall of Fame. This car has won best custom paint in every show it has entered, including the Camaro5.com First Annual C5 Fest held this past April in Valdosta, GA. Out of 550 5th Generation Camaros -this BEAST won best paint.

Would you recommend anything more than 9psi.? I"ve seen other posts using up to 30psi. to get about 700hp. Discussions with my performance installer recommends not more than 7 or 8psi. due ot the high compression ratios of the LS3 engine.
