Without the gamesmanship (which of course is negated by Peter Ebdon in this match) - this is what Mark Selby has left in his armory

Even more pathetic are the commentators trying to find excuses for him - no sorry, this is his true form - he would not even have won ANY ranking events if he hadn't used under-handed disruption tactics against Ronnie O'Sullivan in the 2008 Welsh Open and Mark Williams in the 2011 Shanghai Masters

  • what a fishhh..lol

  • Not surprised a framebetween these two would take 25 minutes +, two of the players excelling in the lack of sportsmanship, using time as a psychological factor to anoy the oponents and bore the crowd to death! What a shame for snooker audience!

  • Mark has no balls, Snooker will never grow with players like these.

  • Mark has no balls

  • @julian1471 Exactly. Against players like Ebdon, O'Brien or any other slow player Selby isn't able to produce his slow and boring game to affect the opponent. Selby knows that he is by far inferior to players like Ronnie O'Sullivan or Mark Williams, that's why he uses his "under-handed disruption tactics" like TheRocketExpress said.

  • My opinnion here is that Mark Slowby cannot use bore tactics against Ebdon who was the champion of slow play as demonstrated by taking 5 minutes to make a 12 break. The commentator has a nerve,To be fair Peter Ebdon has been world champion not just a top player having said that Hallet was a flair player! I just hope the Brazilians do not get the idea all snooker is this slow.
