St Louis County Police officer arrest me by using false charges.

They charged me with walking in the street. Both were misdemeanor that carry a penalty of up to $100 fine. I did not plead guilty, I requested a trial by jury. I was found guilty of walking in the street and not guilty of lying to an officer. For your information regarding Missouri law pertaining to ID. Their is no law or statute that require citizens of Missouri to carry an ID for the sake of having an ID as a resident of the state. Hope you took a look at all the videos. lawsuit begins Jan 3.

I must say that I am enjoying the conversation between people who are interested in the law. Just so everyone knows, at first they charged me with interferring with an officer, disturbing the peace and soliciting. One can clearly see their was no solicting. I was not selling or bying anything. One can clearly see I was not disterbing anyone. Nor did I at ant time interfer with an office. All these charges were dropped and new charges were filled. They charged me with lying about not havind an ID

@gotgank I'm sorry we are not all lawyers and Cops who know the law maybe if there wasnt so many bull shit laws to stricken freedom of speech then protesters around the world would not have this problem and in my state I see ppl all the time walking up and down the street at red lights collecting donations for thing like Shriners or Breast cancer but hey I guess thats ok since cops dont say shit too them. @LilithNova27 Where do u want me to stand" does not change the fact that a violation has occurred. "Soliciting" may not mean "attempting to sell". You would need to check the legal definition in that state.

@gotgank Actully I saw him ask the officer "Where do you want me to stand." He had the right to be there in a safer place the officer if he believed in freedom of speech and our rights at all would have directed him to a safer location. Again the signs where a right of freedom of speech you do not need a permit to perform freedom of speech those are bull shit laws to try to control the population and stricken our Constitutional freedoms he was not selling any thing.

Actually, it was a good arrest. The interfering prolly came from u not complying when he intially told u that u were under arrest. The disturbing is from creating a hazard to ppl driving past (being in the right of way), and the soliciting was prolly having to do with the signs and needing a permit to advertise stuff (but thats a guess). The wolking in the roadway is a good charge. U were removed from the roadway for ur and others safety. Unless u got thumped off camera, u dont have a complaint.
