Can an SSI shredder shred an SSI shredder?

Rebar is one of the most abusive metals to a piece of scrap metal machinery. It will dull a sharp blade in no time at all. Rebar has lots of abrasive concrete all over it and metal lips that slide and pull over metal dulling it and rounding it. We used to run loads of re-bar right before a blade change because the blades would be all dull,chipped,and rounded after it went through it.
