  • The book is nice. Leadership, team building, problem solving explained in very few words and elementary but effective examples. But I am curious to know what would happen to the colony if the seagull wasn't flying over Fred & company heads the same moment they were trying to figure out the solution lol. They were so lucky!!! lol Only kidding lol...again nice job.

  • impressive work John P. Kotter

  • @ginkx319 He said 68 degrees FAHRENHEIT. That temperature is bearable to humans and the electronics have a lower failure rate at 68 F and below than above.

  • I only clicked the link to hear what the penguin had to say. I'm disappointed.

  • Marx said something about changing the world but I doubt whether Kotter and all those who follow him would understand, since there are no penguins in Marx...

  • What a bunch of bull shit

  • he is funny. in a mostly deadpan way.

  • sadly the next iceberg in the book will start melting to.When will people get real?

Stop trying to capitalise on anything that moves

  • An inspirational piece of work that doesn't require an MBA in order to understand what it means and how to learn from it
