The Charlatans in my mind possibly with the exception of The stone roses were the band of the 90's and the fact that they are still going strong kinda backs that up. Sure Oasis were far more successfull commercially but musically The Charlatans were and still are a class above them.

Cracking tune! Takes me right back to the good days of summer 1990 (or was it 91?).......when drinking a bottle of Merrydown was a good night out and everyone was blissed out and loved up!!
