Well I've been through the dark
And I've been through the light
I been through wrong
And I sometimes did right
But I have decided
If I win or I lose
On a change of direction:
To get out of my shoes

I've been on the upside
And then on the down
I've been wearing a smile
And sometimes a frown
But my face changes nothing

but I got to do something
To get out of my shoes

I worked like a slave
and then did nothing at all
Rose to the top
And then I suffered a fall
But I paid the piper

And get out of my shoes

They are easy enough to play and easy enough to make - you need a friend who is good with wood and has an ear for music,.. now where would you find one of those? I heard of a guy like that once -quite artistic, plays double bass and flute.... hmmm xx

You do amazing things with that dulcimer! I wish I had one! Well...I guess I would probably just stare at it having NO clue where to begin to play one! ha!
