  • collar-gone, belly-gone, bones (we fry that here in Hawaii)- gone- I'd say that's quite a bit of wasted meat, not unless you're from places where people don't bother with some of the best parts....

  • There is definately not a lot of wasted meat there. Nothing anybody would eat.
