LG Surfaces Bar Top W-Hotel New York City

Some shop footage of a Bar top for the W-Hotel in New York City. It's one of four units for the Hotel.

Material used is LG Surfaces Black Spectrum

All aspects of Solid Surface fabrication had to be utilized in the Fabrication process. From Extreme engineering,CNC technologies ,Compound 3d thermoforming to advanced Sanding .

Sanding is underrated most of the time. But at Sterling Surfaces we feel it's one of the most critical parts of the job.

Very,,,very impressive. I make a living at counter top cutting and fabrication so I know how much work would have gone into this. It would definitely be a challenge I'd be willing to take on. How many hours went into this particular piece?
