guys chill, shit happens, we all make mistakes. if you watch closely he hesitates and slides, then flings himself over the jump. riding a jump like this is very difficult and awkward, for both the horse and rider. I think that the rider realized she needed to keep pressing him forward too late..the way he slid and acted like he was going to take off made her confused. she was put in scenario with no react time.. riding is all about learning from mistakes. you can't say either is at fault.
