driving is a right! not a privilage, that is problem with americans they don't know or remember their true identity or heritage. I DON'T DRIVE...I TRAVEL I AM NOT A COMMERCIAL DRIVER I AM A GOD CREATED LIVING SOUL THEY IS USING MY OWN MOTORIZED PRIVATE PROPERTY TO FREELY TRAVEL the LAND GOVERNMENT (LOCAL AND STATE-NOT FEDERAL) JOB IS TO MEDIATE AFTER DAMAGE DONE NOT BEFORE...IF I HIT YOUR CAR THEN I WILL HAVE GIVE UP SOMETHING OF MY WEALTH TO PAY FOR IT IF I DON'T HAVE IT..THEN SERVITUDE.

@GRANDWORLDDRAMATRIPS If you hit someone's car, then, as your say, you owe the person who sustained the damage. You do not owe anything to a government or a court.
