@mrcelitics4444 lol he did
I think he meant to say " i get e-mails of people telling me they've fucked their form"

@freejumptraining Hey man, hope ur doin good. i have a question though. i can't really get a good grip on what i'm supposed to do on the jump manual. i downloaded it, and after all the stretching is done. it'll talk about "penultimate steps", tips on jumping, and jumping with weights. i mean do we incorporate this in the routine we're currently doing? im sorry i just don't know what all of the 45 minutes consist of.

nimeili, also do like weighted calf raises about 20 reps of 2-3 sets with lots of weight. now u need to REST FOR 2-3 DAYS. Take whey proten, eat right, get enough sleep, eat fruits and ganola bar before ur workouts. and a protein source after ur workout. Also you want to swithc ur workouts. if u did weighted squats, do deadlifts this time instead. always try and put enough weights that is challenging, but that can be completed within 1-3 seconds
This may seem like an oversimplified answer but it is the honest truth about form... it is the results of "good" repetition... so you need to practice form daily.. like tying your shoes. See my video about synaptic facilitation.
