@irambospecud0wn What don't you get about it? Since time passes more slowly the closer you are to the ring, you can make the plants all go up and down at the same time. Once they are all in sync with each other, just Shift + Up to freeze time when they are all down. The Goompa thingies can pass safely. You can also freeze/unfreeze time to allow them to pass, like gates, but I found this difficult. You can also freeze time on yourself to let the Goompas through you, without them killing you.
