I've been a groomer/stylist at Petsmart for 4 years, and I love it. Yes, this video might be a little silly, but you get the idea. I really love grooming, and plan to continue as long as I can. Please, don't judge every salon by someone else's mistakes and poor judgement, most of us are good people who love the dogs that come in to see us. My salon is extremely strict with safety policies, nobody wants to see a dog get hurt. Anyway, I love my job and care about what I do. so mneh! :-)

@obamasuckss yes you are so true i worked there as a bather, and my cousin was asked to do a practicle on his afgan and a toy poodle, no schooling nothing!! all he did was shave his afgan!! looked horrible!! but hey thats petsmart for you, not to mentin they hired on a lady who punches dogs in the chest cause they dont cooperate! also sliced a eye lid so yea dont buy the shit you see here, you would be amazed as to what really goes on behind those doors

Pet Smart does the best at grooming my dogs. The local groomer's butched my dog and hurt him, the professionals at Pet Smart really cared for my dog and were very professional. The local groomers seemed to be high school drop outs with possible drug problems Pet Smart must have understood this and decide to improve the service that they give to our pets.....THANKS PET SMART!

pet smart academy trained !!!!! BULLSHIT! a manager asked me if i wated a job grooming cause i own my own mobile dog grooming business he saw my truck, the groomers goto a class for 1 to 2 weeks! i on the other hand went for 1 year 5 days a week TO A GROOMING SCHOOL . DONT BE FOOLED BY PET SMARTS ACADEMY TRAINED CAUSE ITS A LIE !!!

@kjsbrk This video is obviously scripted, & cannot be relied on as truthful. I saw the footage also about the cruelty of PetSmart & will no longer go there. They are not concerned for the animals, their only concern is with financial profits to themselves!
