The storyline goes:
Lexie, as known, agreed to a drink with mark, and trade for him helping her with a nurse, Eli. When she sees mark at the bar, she suddenly remembers things about their relationship.
She remembers how he hurt her by making out with Dereks sister, and breaking up with him because of Sloan. She starts to explain this to him, but remembers the start of their relationship, and why she actually loved him in the first place. she remembers moving in with him and him comforting her when george died.
Then she thinks of what she said, that they don't work, but get's overruled by sweeter memories about them going public and him saying she was worth fighting Derek for.
Also, she's thinking of how he was always there for her, and was their at a dinner with her father.
Suddenly her speech to him overwhelmes her. I know that we're beautiful... She can't quite cope with that so she goes back to explaining to mark that they can't work.
And Mark being Mark, he totally ignores it and kisses her, making her silent. Like planned Jackson interrupts, but Lexie tells him to go away. Then, she realizes how stupid she was, sighs and kisses Mark, reconsiling.
The clip in the end was just way to cool to let out. :3'
