  • how far did that go and what type/size of club did you use?

  • @politicalpuppettv - 6 iron - 178-182yds. Titleist club

  • You address the club behind the ball because this is where the bottom of the swing returns to at impact. In other words, the body is not in the same position at address and impact yet the club is in the same relationship to the body at both address and impact. This is a genius understanding of Moe - and the biomechanically ideal way to accomplish address and impact.

  • why do you address the golf club about four inches from the ball thanks

  • @griefer1 not until he was older and less flexible, when he competed he had a much longer backswing. Most of the stuff on youtube he is 60+, his signature was a repeatable swing and highly consistent ball striking.

  • thats nothing like moe normans swing. he had a short backswing. its his signature.

  • the trail arm is bent at impact. then it extends after impact through the release.

  • nice to see more weight to right at setup which u didn't have before

u need a bit more though still

really balance the weight on inner right foot before takeaway

best moe replica i've seen so far despite of this, GJ =)

  • Todd, at impact should I be fully unhinged and continue reasing the club through impact or do I release after impact?

    Thanks in advance

    Brian

  • Awesome Video, Todd - very useful analysis of your setup and a clear view of the swing.

    This will really help me!
