Aifusatiluj, It is a sin to consult fortune tellers/palmistry. In one Hadith Muhammad(SAW) says "Whoever went to a fortune-teller and asked him about some matter (i.e. of the unseen) and believed him, will have his prayer rejected for forty days."
Only Allah knows the future, all things are under His control.
