It's a great commercial(and very informative) but they stole the idea from Röyksopp.

They are showing each step of the nuclear fuel management process.

If you go step by step they show how they search for uranium ore, make it safe to transport(gassify it), transport it, degassify(condense the uranium), take the yellow cake(Condensate), refine it, turn it into fuel pellets, use those to build fuel rods that power nuclear plants, and then distribute the power. Apparently they(Areva) manage either part or all of that process.
