For all the evolution since the initial joke of an ending, the new version of closure still looks kinda ridiculous. Like, 'We actually managed to reconstruct relays and Citadel and whatnot' - are you fucking kidding? Organics of this cycle spent centuries trying to figure out who the hell are Keepers and failing miserably. And now they're dealing with technological miracles of some ancient race which is obviously more advanced and infinitely more intelligent than any of them? I call it bullshit.

synthesis and control are a betrayals to every life form brutally murdered by the reapers and their genocide against organics. every reaper is fueled by the melted carcasses of entire species and for shepard to use or let the reapers go free, would mean everyone, including his dead allys and the little kid at the beginning, died in vain

Thinking about that way then I don't know why everyone say it's such a terrible writing in the end. The "Catalyst" is not that stupid but it as to sell to Shepard why Control and Synthesis is better then Destroying all synthetics it claim. Reapers are evil yet alot of people is okay with this AI. There's no difference talking to Osama Bin Laden alone then the Al-Qaeda in group, especially talking to the leader.

Pretty much. The crucible is there to destroy the reapers. the catalyst quickly comes up with two other options to try and save it's ass as well as achieve it's ultimate dream. then he has to sell Shepard on Green or Blue and dissuade him from red.

Just being curious but isn't many things was suppose to go wrong too? For example, Tali's suit and her cybernetics didn't seem to give her any trouble, the alliance cruisers looks fine unless it was repaired under a hour, Kasumi's grey box, and Shepard's implants, all okay. Simply I just don't trust that "Catalyst", I wouldn't be surprise if it try to make Destroy look like the worst one out of the three.

Honestly, I don't understand how the Geth could die. They are software. Thousands of programs that make up those platform bodies but they do not live in them. The bodies are merely tools. How can a magical destructive beam destroy all software in the universe? We'd have a lot more problems then just the Geth or EDI dying then. I think Shepard breathing at the end means that the God child is lying. EDI's body may have been destroyed but her mind as well as the Geth are alive somewhere.
