((over nothing))

Okay well I hope I don't piss too many people off with who I am but hey it's bound to happen.

I should've said that the only two things that really bother me about people are MEANNESS and willful ignorance because bigotry falls under meanness and I can't stand mean people. I DON'T LIKE MEAN PEOPLE that's the truth. I put a lot of value in kindness.

Anyway, my tumblr incase anyone wants it:

Or my formspring:

Annnnnnnnd yeah, that's it! Hope you enjoy my shockin' vid.

Sincerely,
your favorite queer, pro-choice, non-monogamous, feminist, hairy youtube vlogger.

  • I don't know. If you had respect for pro life, basically... hell people who thought differently than you I wouldn't care. It's just messed up and I don't buy it. Oh well. See you at the feminist rally.

  • @SeeminglySpecial Oh 1 more thing! No, I do not have respect for the pro-life movement, you're right! I can absolutely have respect for pro-life individuals - like I said, my BFF- but I do not respect the movement or the legislature they attempt to put into action. And why should I? If that movement had their way, I'd be dead. It is not a requirement that I respect an opinion. I do always try to respect the individual, but opinions that hurt myself or other people will get no respect from me.

  • @graciek007 I do it (or don't do it) for many reasons, none of which should matter to you. But what bothered me about your comment was yet another person telling me there's something WRONG with me challenging social conventions for the purpose of challenging social conventions. No, there's nothing wrong with me being devoted to changing what I think is wrong about the world. But there is something DREADFULLY wrong about you telling me that my reasons for doing things with my own body are wrong.

  • @Elphyrafire They're not sudden changes, they're things that have been developing and changing over the course of my life. I just didn't, until now, allow you to know of them. And isn't it sad that when I finally decide to let my Youtube subscribers know more about me, some of them respond in the way you have? I expected better from you guys...

  • Rem, I've been a subscriber of yours for years, and I love your personality, so don't think I'm a random onlooker filled with hatred when I say this... But, when speaking of your abortion, it stung when you said "Live and let live." I'm not prodding at your choices, but I feel a change of phrase is necessary... Straightforwardly said: you didn't let the baby live. "Live and let live" is not the best motto for you to use.

  • @paytotheorderofofof2 *letting opinions go untouched are NOT how opinions are strengthened.... etc. Again, sorry for the typos, yikes

  • @paytotheorderofofof2 *then. Ugh, typos! sorry, long day at work.

  • @SeeminglySpecial So those are my thoughts on your comments. Sorry you feel that way about me!

  • @SeeminglySpecial I also don't think there is anything wrong with challenging someones POV. I love to challenge people, and I love to be challenged by myself and others. You're right that I do not just let people be, because just sitting idly by and letting opinions go untouched not how opinions are strengthened, minds are broadened, or new perspectives are opened up to each other. Challenging each other is how that happens.

  • @SeeminglySpecial consider conservative mindsets on every issue before forming my own opinion. I spend my free time holding debates in my head, where I present all sides of an issue to myself so that I can challenge my opinion and thus learn more and be more confident in my beliefs. I do not at all have trouble understanding the other side of an argument... I simply do not always agree with the other side, and sometimes I fiercely oppose it - like I said, when others are put in harms way.

  • @SeeminglySpecial I am tolerant and accepting of many different lifestyles and people, as long as they are not putting other people in harms way. When they DO put other people in harms way, that is when I become upset and less tolerant.

Also, I am not sure where you heard me say I have trouble seeing the other side of an argument. I think you may have misunderstood me, or perhaps I poorly expressed myself. But I am PHENOMENAL at looking at all sides of an issue, and I regularly examine and (tbc)

  • @SeeminglySpecial Well, it's my opinion that you're very much misinterpreting me. I am very accepting of people who are conservative or not feminists - many of my friends do not identify as feminists. My best friend is a Catholic pro-life Republicans! But what I do not have tolerance for is INTOLERANCE - such as sexism, racism, etc. I also do not have tolerance for willful ignorance. If that means I am intolerant, than so be it, but I do not see it that way. (to be continued)
