Wow! It's hard to believe the amount of anti-scientific gibberish that passes for civil discourse in this country. @jp3711nc1 It is absolutely proven that CO2 causes global warming. It's not the only greenhouse gas or even the most powerful, but it is by far the most abundant. Among real scientists there is only about 3% of the community who disbelieve that CO2 causes global warming. Idiots believe it does not. Second, the Kyoto treaty was a good measure but didn't go far enough.
