Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka now says that the PNU alliance has a watertight strategy that could shape the country's political landscape come the next general election. Musyoka is confident that the alliance was capable of capturing both the presidency and majority representation at the senate, Governorship and national assembly levels. Meanwhile, fellow 2012 presidential hopefuls' deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, Eldoret north MP William Ruto and Gatanga MP peter Kenneth stepped up their presidential campaigns, holding rallies in different parts of the country. Chris Thairu has more on the politics of the day.
Respond to this video... but this statement shouldn't just be limited to the PM. We have a bloated parliament and by the looks of things, it will only get worse with the new constituencies/senators and governors

Odinga you've had just too many unnecesary & expensive trips,an expensive office block and i see you took 1st class. You do have expensive tastes which are too much for the kenyan taxpayer. That proclivity for grandiosity at our expense won't endear you to voters as it gives a peek into an Odinga presidency & reminds us of ostentatious Mobutu.Even David Cameron has sense to cut back on his expenses on travel in a time of budget crunch yet the UK is 70 times richer than kenya.
