your toes are real yellow...that means you need iron and zinc :), try some tabs

@beautytipsvancouver If it's from shoes that are too tight or ill fitting in some way, it's because the friction causes blisters to form under the nail bed and it damages your nail probably causing it to fall off. I've had it happen to me after I wore hiking boots on a long hike that were too small. It SUCKS! It literally takes forever to grow back right because even when it does grow back, it'll be a weird texture for months until it's back to normal.

do you have to do the sheer pink? or is it ok to just have the white tip? my nails are fairly pink behind the nail as it is...i'm kind of lazy lol, so i kind of don't want to go out and find a pink...but i'll get it if it's preferred, for sure. just wondering...great video btw!

@92luster When there is damage to the nail bed the nails can loosen to allow a new nail to re-grow.
