Oh, stop it please. There is nothing cuter on God's Green Earth than a baby being licked by a dog - nothing, not one thing. Yes, we know the dog's mouth is the dirtiest thing ever (Any species that likes dead fish = dirty mouth} Wow- growing up and reaching adult hood - if all I had to worry about was being licked by a dog! Further more, there are many zoonotic (zoonosis, i.e.) conditions which CAN and HAVE been transmitted to children through face to face contact such as when a dog licks a human. If you don't want to pay heed to them, then be my guest, because it doesn't change a thing, but it borders on the realm of the most laughable, seeing you write about how you know about the immune system of children simply because you may be a parent. Essentially though, you come off as an ignorant youtube twit....

@chittyx2bangx2 You know, really I try to ignore some of the dumber comments from YT posters, but this one truly comes close to the top of the list. There is any number of illnesses and disease that can result from humans interacting with pets. And while I can write earnestly that I am not an expert on immune systems, I know for a fact that a child is MUCH more susceptible to these illnesses mainly due to that they tend to experiment with objects such as dog waste lying on the ground.

why do people get their knickers in a twist about dogs licking babies? kids have to be exposed to things to build up their immunity; it's part of life. I keep reading that kids are becoming more susceptible to sickness because they've grown up being "protected" from every day germs. Cute dog and baby by the way!
