  • sorry the late answer chrisarena. if i remember correctly i used an align shaft and had to driil it to accomodate the esky king2 maingear setup on the bottom ..

  • the king rotor and head can be made to perform pretty well with enough headspeed but there are 3 main drawbacks: the king head isnt as solid and harder to set up, the higher headspeed required to get 450 type performance and pop makes it more likely to get vibration either in the head or tail, and main rotor blade choice is more limited and the blades available are generally poor quality unless expensive carbons are used ..

  • What Main shaft are you using? Is it the Guru-Z shaft, Esky or ?.

  • why not just do a 450 frame ?

  • Wow, thats a really energetic heli. That scorpion motor is a strong one. Have you tried the standard 600mm rotor size from the king?
