Janitors earn over $12 an hour in downtown LA(minimum), average is $14, full medical benefits including family coverage, pension, holidays paid, 10 days of sick leave per year, excess of sick (over 10 days per year) is paid as cash to the employee and retirement plan. Given our current country economy stage, janitors get guaranteed wages, increases every May 1, insurance for their families, holidays and many, many other benefits. What else can they get?
