Kiari is an ambassador for a very influential faction within the City she serves. She cares more about the morale of the cities citizens than she does about production. She goes out of her way to try to be a solution to the most dire situations, but tends to reap more negative results than positive ones. She is incredibly powerful and in may ways is a force more deadly than even she knows. She is a major piece to the puzzle of peace and those who fail to realize that will learn it the hard way.
