    We had cornbread stuffing, too, though quite different from this. It was both sweet and savory because it had the normal celery and onions, but it had dried cranberries and diced apples in it as well. It sounded kind of odd at first but it you'd be surprised how good it was. :)

    I'm from Canada, and our Thanksgiving is in October,

    I'm usually the one in charge of the Turkey and the Stuffing, so this year I tried something different. I recently started eating gluten-free (personal choice) and so this year I made a Quinoa stuffing with squash, onions, peppers, grated carrots, celery, and dried cranberries as well as seasonings. It turned out amazing, and it's a really healthy substitute to traditional stuffing! :D
