Monster Hunter Tri - Alatreon Sleep Bombing Group Tutorial

First off thanks to: Parsi and Kurtis, and everyone who helped us farm the parts we needed for these runs. It was quite a lot of work, but it's really paid off.

Here's something to the veteran viewers of my tutorials: An Alatreon sleep-bombing guide!

The crucial part to this guide is the setup. I know I'm going to get a ton of comments asking me how this was possible. For those people read below:

Equipment:

-Bowgun-
Blizzard Frame (Barioth)
Needler Barrel
Rathling Stock

With armor skills, this gives 2 round clips of Sleep lvl 1 and 2. It should have above average reload, mininum recoil, and no deviation.

With a 2 slot +10 precision charm you can switch out the barrel to something else, like rathling, so you have a shield.

High Rank Uragaan Cap
High Rank Uragaan Vest
Low Rank Uragaan Gloves
High Rank Uragaan Tasset
Low Rank Uragaan Greaves

2 slot charm.

The low rank parts are used so you do not need to grind out Uragaan rubies. If you have rubies to spare, you should be able to upgrade.

Bombadier
Defense Up Small
Status Attack Up (Gemmed)

Farm the Moga shallows for sleepyfish and scatterfish offline. Every other component you need can be purchased online. Look at my combining tutorial for information on how to do these things.

No You can get Dober armour all you need to do is have a meal with Felyne explorer and then do Super Barioth quest you should spawn in a new area and beside you should be pile that you can gather things such as dragonebone relics

Well, it's not really but there are ways to make this way easier and faster. Like alternating through para and sleep and using crag on the head to break the horns for instance. I'll give shepard some leeway since this was before he got the jhen bowgun parts but yeah.

Full Uragaan+ with the jhen barrel, stock, and rath + frame is the way to go since you get a decent amount of status and damaging ammo.

If you want to sleep bomb(for sky piercers) , clust is faster but if you bomb normally without aiming for the horns and sleeping alatreon, clust is slower. There's a video on it.

I actually find it funny, when I was doing sleep bombing I was using my Gigginox armor, gemmed for bombing. The only real issue was his fireball attack which rarely was a threat for me.
