I'll put up the full workout tommorrow, but here I am pulling 315 at a weight of 148 with no gloves, no chalk, and no belt. I did have on wrist wraps(Not straps) because my wrists have been bothering me lately. I haven't deadlifted in almost a month but today was a personal best for me.

Yeah dude, I would use a belt when you deadlift. I wont even do anything on deadlift without a belt, if there isn't any there, just go to Wal-Mart and buy a $20 Gold's Gym one, it'll work fine.

watch the back bro. Consider getting one of those powerlifting belts. The ones that give support all around the mid section (not just the back). Anyway get it cause i threw my back out once while doing similar weights AND I have a good 30lbs on you
