Climate Change: A Call to Action
The effects of the continued rise in carbon emissions are not yet fully understood, but the likely rise in temperatures (anywhere from three to six degrees) could severely affect weather patterns, sea levels and water availability, thereby destabilizing economies and societies. To arrest this problem, leading business and government figures are calling for specific global measures to arrest the rise of carbon concentrations.
1) What fundamental measures must be put in place to meet the challenge of climate change?
