I'm really impressed by the interview - both the CEO of CPP and the interviewer are pretty savvy with their questions and answers, I'm looking forward to Dust, though I dunno if it will be a success or not, the concept is new and daring, so I can appreciate the attempt and am looking forward to its impact on EVE...

@stew360 what about DC Universe Online I know it's not the best MMO but it's quite the Feat for PS3 this is different PC is more RTS on Eve they act as the Commanders and the PS3 Dust514 players are the soldiers if this works imagine getting a lot of reputation and contracts coming from heaps of PC players i hope they incorporate a lot of strategy to this.

this game will be epic I have all ways wanted to play eve but all ways found it to time consuming and complicated so I am get this one when it gets out

No more X360 for this PS3 exclusive and its not a Bad thing because most of the ps3 title are dumb down because the ps3 optimisation work diferently than the xbox 360 a way more close to pc programing !

And anyway Sony and ps3 is the console to get BIG and complex games Like MAG , Killzone etc... the 360 is the console to play COD , HALO ' gears of war funs games but less complex less mature !

If your on a PC and your playing Dust then your not playing EVE.

If your on a console, your not playing EVE therefore you can play Dust.

Conclusion... this is the best way to ensure that both games have the maximum number of people playing both AT THE SAME TIME.

So no CCP have thought this out pretty well.

@007999999999999999 It will suck because... it wont be on the PC/Mac? People who own the PC/Mac are less inclined on buying Dust 514 becuase they most likely already have Eve, what would be the point in owning both?

CCP are on the line of thinking that a person is going to ether play one or the other. If they made it for the PC/Mac then they might have the potential problem that more people will flock to Dust or not buy it at all. Dust players are working for Eve players... chill out.
