@RandomPrecision42 Actually it's a Ernie Ball Stereo/Pan Volume Pedal. The guitar travels to a separate volume pedal (this one) which sends the signal to a Roland digital delay set to 1500ms (20 sec sustained repeats)

@vodkaman696911 A few Googles later, it sounds like there's a A/B splitter or something, sending part of the output to a volume pedal -> Pete Cornish tape delay. You could maybe do something like that with an Electro-Harmonix Freeze pedal, but I'm not totally a fan.

You could also just hack an expression pedal onto the length and feedback of a delay pedal yourself...
