Danica Patrick Qualification Run Indianapolis Motor Speedway 5-21-2011

Shot from the pit area just to the left of Gasoline Alley, Danica Patrick makes her Qualification Run at The Indianapolis Motor Speedway on May 21st, 2011. This is the 100th year of racing at IMS. Danica was later bumped, but drove her way back into the field the following day. The camera used was a Nikon D-3100 SLR. The photograph at the start and end of this video was a man I ran into at IMS. lol.. I saw all kinds of crazy head gear on this day!

Your video gives me the best perspective of how fast they are going at Indy. I had no idea open wheel cars went by that quick. Incredible that any driver can react at these speeds. Thanks Dave, super video buddy.
