That's cool. I saw an ad for one of those on the back of a British boxing mag. That's like Pride, now Dream tournament in MMA. And, you're right, the US TV networks are very territorial about boxing. It's definitely not in the fan's favor...But.... TV was never really supposed to benefit the viewer, I hope you know this. Just look at the news...reality TV...all the other bullshit. But that's a long conversation we shan't get into. Peace!

@dawidziwso but what is it with hbo they dont wana talk about it at all but the idea is real cos there is not pussyfooting or trying to make things happen of catch weight etc they all get 50/50 splits rather arguing over who gets the bigger purse

the prizefighter in britain is tournament boxing witha difference they all fight on the same night so potentially they end up fighting 9 rounds

resemble? It's the same concept, really. And, I hope they do it in every division. The idea of a tournament is as old as sports themselves. Showtime didn't invent it. I hope HBO, ESPN, Versus and all other channels that show boxing pick it up. We need to know who the real champions are in each division!
