Children in Crisis

This video depicts the epidemic of children that live on the streets in St. Petersburg and Moscow in Russia.

Many kids have said that living on the streets is much better than the situations they came from at home.

This is my first attempt at making a video so it needs some work but I wanted to get it on as soon as possible. Please comment on and rate this video.

Please pray for the street children in Russia.

In 1989, there was the Moscow peace festival. all these "rich" rock bands went to play there. Why don't they have a few benefit concerts for the children. I listened to Ozzy say back then, these people don't even have toilet paper. it's very sad situation. our children here in America need to see this and appreciate what they have. I showed my 14 year old son another video of how kids have to survive on the street. He said, "Mom these poor kids, I really appreciate what I have"

@blijytoo agree that a lot of wealthy people can do more to help. But, the problem doesn't come from "greedy corporations" or anything like that. The problem comes from government corruption and drug abuse by irresponsible parents. Social problems like that cannot be solved by money alone.

@mrkv39 i suppose your right humans can only do so much but it seems the rich in this world have no conscience when it comes to helping those that they exploit. like the Russian manager who owns Chelsea football club he has just bought a yacht for £500.000000 sad man.then its just been revealed that Microsoft have been employing Asian workers in chine to do its production work for 39 pence per hour and to think Microsoft was a fair reputable company there just like the rest evil bastards.

@blijytoo actually they did something - which was promote law enforcement, give credits to young families, etc. THings did improve but there are still way too many homeless kids and kids abused at orphanages. I think it is hard to comprehend for someone who lived in a stable state all their lives. Imagine if EVERYTHING you had broke down, how long will it take to put it all back together?
