Go where no one has before. Enter a new "Deek-relm". Come along and take a ride in places under my 1958 DKW that are "not" passenger approved. You can't buckle up, because there are no seat belts! DKW unplugged. All in good fun, and brave new camera angles while driving around the DKW

  • Mark, you have a certain flare for dramatic video from unusual places. Keep up the good work and the DKW's will live for ever

  • @JLNewborn .... Thank you Jim. I love these odd little cars

  • Demonoid, did you catch the Jimny at 2:28? :)

The exhaust on this thing sounds great, especially at WOT. Thanks for the cool videos!

  • Sure, I'm glad you like them .... I have lots of fun too

  • Sounds like my old 1980 Suzuki Jimny Jeep! Another 3 cylinder two stroke.

MyCervo was bored over to 600CC's and had a Weber 48IDA on it...we put the oil in the tank and jumped on the front bumper to mix it because after the bore-up the oil injection pump wouldn't keep the right mix. Great video, brings back some memories.

  • Wow. crazy!

  • Hello I think you should get a promotional fee from the camera mount manufacture for demonstrating the holding power of their mount under sever vibration and shock!

    Keep up the good work.

  • Haha. I know 3 DKW's in Ca. I don't know how they escape the smog partol.

  • Yes "Top Fuel Dragster" sounding is music to my ears!

Yes, FWD 2 strokes are uncommon, DKW started it way back in the 30's or 40's with a two cylinder model (F-5) I think ?, then SAAB made 3 cylinder 2 strokes as well in the 60's as did Wartburg
