The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) has told Iran it can't join. The statement was made by the Russian Foreign Minister at the group's meeting in the Tadjik capital Dushanbe.

not well trained? lol, you dont watch military news enough, do you? Both Chinese and Russian Military are the best trained in the whole world. We are just not as well equiped as NATO. But that's not because SCO doesnt have the technology. We are only behind nato interms of network-centric C4ISR system because we didnt put much fundings and attention to these areas until recently. China's aerospace industry is only behind Russia and US.
