On the 25th June 2008 the Saitama POPY Arcade store closed leaving just the Niigata POPY Arcade. This is Final P-Cup held 21st June 2008 at the Amusement Stage POPY Arcade, Saitama, Japan.

lol the comments here are funny. Idk, i would just say that 3s is the type of game that any one character can beat any other but tier lists are existing for a reason, i suppose players have the liberty to play any one character but i'd say its pretty scrubby to complain when someone else decides to play a top tier, itz a good game period, better than sf4 no doubt, u kno, shit actually makes sense in 3s lol

The definition of "fun" is different for everyone. One person can see it as just enjoying the game, while another can see it as winning. No harm in both.

And nothing's "unfair" or "cheap" in 3s. If anyone thinks that Chun is a cheap bitch, then by all means, they should start using Chun, too. If they don't like it and want to use anyone else and wins or loses, it's still good as long as they're having fun. But if they complain about "cheap/unfair", then stop playing.

With characters like Sagat and C.Viper I'd really like to know how SF4 is more balanced... just because it doesn't have anyone Sean level doesn't mean there's not still a huge gap.

And hell, Yamazaki shows that even Twelve can do some crazy shit. Obviously he's low tier for a reason but it's no worse than SF4 Dan!
