@Evange Milk only curdles if you lower the ph. You can boil away forever as long as you don't add anything sour.

I love decorative fonts more than most people but being able to actually read the words is far more important than looking cool. Just use helvetica so people can read it.

@jcruz04 No, it would probably be too thick for a sauce. If you want it pourable,, just don't cook it as long. If you want it hard, like hard candy, cook it until it is darker and it will harden up as it cools.

But also so sad and kind of boring. I love cooking, with my family, for special occasions or when I`m having a girls night with my friends, we cook, eat and watch movies =)

@kctwistie2 It says: if you are using unhomogenized milk, the cream is on the top.of the milk. Sorry if it wasn't clear: it was one of my first efforts at making videos.
