Everyone says Shockwave was disappointing. He wasn't. HE used the Driller to takeout the Chernobyl plant and the soldiers inside it, he seppreated Prime from his trailer, preventing him from using it for a while, he got Prime stuck in some cables, stopping him from fighting for a while, he took on all the NEST soldiers and even blinded he still tried to fight Optimus
