Weird Lift (My block, LOL ~_~)

Newly upgraded lift started in use since 1-2 months back. There's no much problem until recently...
And now it seems that there's some weird problem....

This is what i've encountered so far:

3 of my friends came over to my house to stay overnight.
As usual, we took the lift on the 1st floor, selected 11 floor.
When the lift stopped @ 10 floor & my 11 floor selection went off, i decided to take a video of it.
The lift then went down to the 1st floor by itself, nobody was at the 1st floor then. Then we selected 11 floor again, but this time round it stopped on 10 floor for no reason again, but now our 11 floor selection was still lighted up, phew...

Some other day before this video:
Passenger A (stranger), B (stranger), & C (me) took the lift @ 1st floor. A selected 3, B selected 6, C selected 11. The lift as usual, stopped @ 3, then 6, but it stopped @ 6 & my selection (11) light went off... o.o?

Sounds to me like it's got a controller problem. I would recommend informing the people responsible for the lift as clearly something isn't right and it needs sorting out/

Elevator so weird The indicator showed 11 floor instead of 10 floor

this lift has really gone bonkers,i would also recommend informing EM services about this.

There are two 10 stories? WTF???
