  • init im a left footed jumper and i jump a good five metres and when i jump whith my right leg i jump 3 metres so jumping whith the left foot is beter for me! so left footed jumper have a beter advantage!!!!

  • i have a question. I'm a decent long jumper. My farthest jump is 4.82 m. I have one problem with me technique. When i get to the board i don't really push off the board. what can i do to help improve this.

  • i am only 13 i can jump 5.9m so i can the u17 guys

  • i know this short ass asian kid like 5'5, 5'6, fucking jumped 7.5m far and hes only 16....

  • She's not jumping, she's soaring!

  • @durkadurka91 First, hang from gymnast rings to get the feeling of cycling your legs under you while in space. Then move to a pool. Work off a stiff diving board. Lastly, build an incline board - a four foot long plank that is elevated about 10 inches at the take off board, wide as the runway. It looks like a wedge front the side. Only do short approach pop-ups. The incline board redirects your take off angle vertically, giving you extra air time to practice.

  • @chadamm i think 8 steps would probably be best, try to keep the amount of steps at an even number

  • How many strides do you recommend taking before jumping i am currently taking 7 but i think i can take more strides would you say try throwing in one or 2 more step?
